+Uploading a check application is easier than ever since the addition of two dummy fields, check amount and check number, is no longer necessary. After finishing a check design, launch “Upload Form Map”.  To do this go to the File pull down menu and open “Select Form Application”, select the Check Application radio button as your application type and click the OK button to finish the upload process.
