====== Support the way to change Check Number (CHECK#) from iMap ======

In this version, we treat field CHECK# as normal mapped fields; it can be saved and open later for editing. Note that, CHECK# position will be changed to (9998, 9998) at the submit time so that it won't be printed out on Check page.
