 +The next step is to determine the communications resources that will be used in order to create the communications controller, device and line. Once determined, these devices need to be created.

 +Option 30 displays all the available communications devices. Determine the communications resource that has a line description of V24. The resource name typically may have a naming convention of CMN01 or CMN02.

 +Next, select option 31. Once chosen, a prompt will appear requesting the communications resource determined in the previous step. Enter this resource name. This will automatically create a device, line, and controller all with the name, BSCELSRC.

 +Should any errors occur while these devices attempt to be created a number of possible causes need to be remedied. The most common of these is that the communications resource is currently being used by another communications device. Simply insure that those devices are not in use and are varied off.
